A close cousin of Khaman, Dhokla is a vegetarian culinary dish that is found predominantly in the Indian State of Gujarat and parts of adjacent states. Made from a fermented batter derived from legumes like Chickpea, Pigeon pea, Urad and Rice, Dhokla makes a wonderful and light breakfast.
