Methi Gota!

Methi na gota or Methi pakora are fritters made from Besan (also knows as Gram Flour) and Fenugreek leaves, deep fried and served as a snack during tea time. This yummy Gujarati dish is prepared to complement get togethers and informal hook ups and when prepared with Ramdev’s Instant Mix, yummy is just the beginning of the journey.

Instant Recipe!
  1. Mix gota premix with 320 ml water and keep it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Whisk the batter and fry mid-sized batter rounds in hot oil .
  3. Stir at regular intervals and fry till it turns golden brown and crisp.
  4. Mix the kadhi premix with 400 ml water and boil it till the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Serve hot methi gota with kadhi…!!!
