Dosa, as we all very well know is a thin pancake finding its origin from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance. Add a dash of salt, ferment and you are all set to create your own crisp Dosas. Serve your dosas hot along side chutney and sambar to experience sheer bliss.

Instant Recipe!
  1. Mix premix with 700 ml water, whisk and keep it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Heat the dosa pan, put 1 tsp oil and spread the batter evenly to make round dosa , maintaining thickness of your cloice.
  3. Once it is slightly cooked, flip it and let it cook over medium flame, keeping it crispy or soft as you like it
  4. Serve hot dosa with sambhar and coconut chutney.
